I was on a 60 gpd habit for about 16 months. It got to the point where it was like heroin , I dosed before bed, and by the time I woke up , I felt withdrawal coming. I knew it was time to get off the drug. So here’s what I did.
Things you need: Magnesium pills. Gabapentin (script from doctor) . Immodium. Melatonin 10 mg pills.
Day 1: take 1 dose of magnesium. Take 6 mgs of immodium. Take 600 mgs of gabapentin. ( 300 mgs , then 300mgs 45 minutes later. You will feel fine. Around lunch time you can take another 600 mgs of gabapentin if you need to but you probably won’t need to. At night take 600 mgs of gabapentin. Take 10 mgs of melatonin. You will sleep fine.
Day 2 : repeat the same exact thing. You might need the lunch time dose of gabas. But the gabapentin will literally leave you with zero withdrawals.
Day 3 : same exact thing. You are fine. Remember I was on 60 gpd habit. If you are doing what I say and still feel like complete shit, then get out of your heard bro. I do manual labor for a living and went to work every single day just fine.
Day 4: most likely you will only need the night dose of gabapentin but if you really need it , take the morning dose. Magnesium is a big trick. So is the immodium.
Day 5 : physical withdrawal is basically nothing now , most important thing is to realize you shouldn’t go back to using. You just got out of withdrawal. Respect that. Be grateful. Talk to a doctor about anxiety medicine because that’s the only thing you still might have. Otherwise it’s the urge to just use cause you are bored. Stay active.
I have don’t this exact program and I got off Kratom easily. Ate food. Slept well, had great convos with ppl, and felt like a normal human.
Good luck
