Hello fellow kratomites of r/kratomm!

I think everyone is aware of the drama in the past week here. Lots of derailed threads, trolls from the other sub coming over here and trying to start problems, baiting us to ban them, etc. So, in light of recent events, and as the sub continues to grow at a steady pace, I quickly wanted to make some things clear.

No censorship means you are absolutely 100% free to:

• Discuss any and all vendors
• Post a review for any vendor or strain
• Talk about the pros AND cons of kratom usage
• Discuss side effects and the downsides of usage
• Use any terminology you want when making your points
• Paint kratom in any light you want, whether it's good or bad

This is the philosophy this subreddit was founded on. This has always been the case here, and will never change. With your help, we have turned this place into one of the most open-minded kratom forums around.

However, it is not a free pass to troll, insult people, accuse people of shilling, harass, and name call. This is made clear in the first rule on the sidebar. When people start harassing others and/or accusing of others of shilling, it creates a negative atmosphere where people are scared to share their reviews and opinions. Additionally, since this sub is a part of reddit, we have to enforce the general rules of reddit and follow proper reddiquette.

If someone is trolling, harassing, or calling you a shill, please just downvote and move on. Do not engage them in conversation. Report the comment and a mod will make sure the problem is taken care of. We have a no tolerance policy for that kind of behavior, and it will result in a permanent ban.

Please remember that a "difference of opinion" is not an actionable offense. We realize that an open discussion forum that allows all viewpoints will spark some heated debates. Only if it turns into blatant harassment will a mod get involved.

Thanks for all the great reviews, discussions, commentary, and memes that get posted here every day! I just had to make some points clear, so thanks for listening to me ramble for a minute.
