If you're looking for a very balanced strain, I'd recommend Canopy's Green Malay. To be honest, I'm not much of a fan of greens, but I'll make an exception for a few green strains, and this is definitely one of them.

I consider this to be a "middle of the pack" strain, in a good way. It's not too overpowering in any one area, but still gets the job done. I normally recommend this strain to people trying Kratom for the first time because the effects are noticeable but pretty mellow.

For me personally, it relieves mild pain, promotes relaxation, and produces a bit of euphoria. When I just want a night on the couch in front of the TV but don't want to be sedated from a red strain or overly stimulated from a white strain, then I reach for the Green Malay.

Additionally, I find this strain to mix well with MANY other strains when making your own custom blends. It provides a little extra kick without making the blend too strong.

Overall, a nice and pleasant balanced strain providing a little bit of everything without being overwhelming.
