Making tea?
Post Body

I added roughly 3-3.5g of white Maeng Da powder to a pot of water and simmered for about 30 minutes (also added lemon juice fresh squeezed.) the tea became greenish and when on a spoon you could see powder floating in the liquid.

That was yesterday and I had no noticeable effects, it tasted like okay tea which was expected (also added some sugar, was this a mistake?) but had no effects whatsoever, can anyone help? Is there a better way to consume?

Edit: I read online that it take 7-8g to make an effective tea is this true?
