Per title.
Society is quick to complain - We always hear about complaints more than feedback (look at certain Crypto exchange subreddits), and I thought to try and "balance those books".
My chat was answered in less than a minute, and resolved under 5.
They looked into the problem and quickly found it (PEBKAC).
I knew about the 72-hour withdrawal rule, as I read their FAQ; however, I thought I was over it - I was not. I was 4 hours too keen.
They not only told me what the issue is, but told me exactly when I was able to withdraw 100%.
Leaving names out of this - Certain exchanges have been far from helpful, ignored detailed replication steps, and then just gone "Here's the FAQ help yourself" as if I hadn't tried that already and ghosted me.
