Hello, may I ask is it possible to ask support to delete a Kraken trading account due to corrupted login data and forgotten 2FA due to phone reset?

This is what actually happened...
When I tried to make a Kraken acc at the time where everyone was rushing to get hold of $DOGE the exchange lagged off badly and I screwed up my login information and I tried remaking another Kraken account with the same email but I was unable to because the system detected that the email I will be reusing is apparently "used" and I tried using another business email to do and I lost the 2fa code due to my phone factory reset and now I can't access both of my accounts

is it possible if I can find support to help me along the way so I can register Kraken again? I have all the verification forms and stuffs with me and I wish to migrate from my current exchange to Kraken for ETH staking.

I deeply hope the support is able to notice this post and help me.
