In their coverage of treatment of Covid-19, Fox News has a story here where they talk about New Yorkers that are being treated with hydroxychloroquine. However, the video (also talking about US usage of anti-malarial drugs) uses a image taken in France of the painkiller Tramadol (available from Getty Images), so not only is it not a picture of an anti-malaria drug, it's not even a drug in the right country or even the right continent (let alone the right state). While they don't directly say that the pills are a picture of hydroxychloroquine and is a suitable representation of a pill and it illustrates the general concept just fine, using a picture from the wrong country for an illustrative purpose is now highly unethical, since ethics are consistent. Either incredibly incompetent or really malicious of them.
