If you've watched the anime for Assassination Classroom, the final chapter depicted in it is Chapter 73. However, the anime skipped Chapters 23, 24, 37, 44, and 45. Everything up through Chapter 117 can be found on Mangatopia's website, and everything since then can be found on Mach 20's website.
A "where do I pick up from" post every once in a while is fine, but having two within the top ten posts on the front page of the subreddit is a little silly.
EDIT: The first Takaoka arc, Chapters 38 through 42, was fairly rushed in the anime, so it's recommended that you read those chapters.
