What are the best products that won’t murder my bank but may be effective for red/dark blemishes on my cheeks?

As I age I’m noticing that I’m getting red blemishes on my cheekbones. It may be from sun damage or something else, but I haven’t burned at all in the last few years- and maybe a few times in my life. I sunscreen to hell.

I’m currently using a Mary Kay cleanser (I know it’s MLM but I love it), Simply Vital collagen, retinol, and hydrolonic acid cream, Mary Kay under eye patches, and I just ran out of Lanbelle ultra lifting EGF ampoule. I also use an spf moisturizer for the morning. have a birthday coming up and I want to treat myself, and I’m open to changing my regime. I have normal skin- I don’t get oily, just sometimes dry in the northeast winter. My sole complaint is the lack of consistency with skin tone.

I know there’s a certain level to be expected and there’s no guarantee when it comes to skincare, but I’m looking for some effective products that are relatively inexpensive (like not hundreds of dollars). I’ve used Korean beauty a long time ago but I’m sure there have been advances in the field since I’ve used it.

Do you kind folks have any suggestions for products I can try or ingredients I can look for? Also if I look for a certain ingredient should I look for a certain percentage content? I don’t have acne, maybe just a pimple during my menstrual cycle every few times a year. I only wear makeup on special occasions and I thoroughly cleanse my face after.

Thank you!
