So either I just got disconnected due to the storm or they're in a huge hurry to get through pending support tickets. I emailed to cancel last week just got called back a week later, exchanged two sentences with the support rep, was put on hold and then disconnected from the call. Expected to get details on final billing etc afterwards and to be honest wanted to use the service tol the end of my current billing period but looks like that's not going to happen now.
Overall very disappointing service, before this was very happy with Koodo but now have a sour taste in my mouth. Definitely won't be returning to them after being away this winter.
