How to spot fake kontrol freaks?

I was debating on buying some on eBay, I've seen some range between $5 and $20. It o saw a thread on this subreddit someone bought some fake rainbow 6 siege ones and they looked so official they didn't look fake at all.
Im skeptical on where I should buy them now, through just the kf website? Does kf have an official eBay store? I'm sorry about buying on Amazon because I don't know where they'll come from. Not sure if I should buy from GameStop or eBay or Amazon.
