So I was wondering wether or not Kokomi should get a buff. I've seen many people say she is perfectly fine if well built but I still can't think of her as as strong as she should be. She's a limited 5* yet she doesn't feel like it at all. You can use any character you want but I still can't manage to understand people that think she really shouldn't get a buff. She is in my opinion not meta at all, and I think every new released character should fit the current meta. If Mihoyo wants to release an off meta character then change the game so that they can be meta other than modifying Abyss for 3 rotations. Not to mention that her kit feels completely uninspired to me. But that's besides the point, How strong do you think Kokomi is ? Edit : I didn’t notice I forgot a word
