Listen, I love Kokomi, I already plan on rolling for her since I fell in love with her because of her design and her role in the story. However, based on the current leaks, Kokomi seems like she'll be having one of the lowest selling banners in the whole game. I don't mind if she'll do bad as long as she's decent and is a viable unit, but right now, it looks like she doesn't provide any value to most teams since Jean already exists, and Sayu also just released a while ago. However, that is not the main reason why I'm disappointed. It's because of the fact that mHY could've made healing meta with this character. It's really just wasted potential since it's the first limited 5* healer yet mHY failed tremendously at designing her kit.

Now, I present to you the things mHY could've done that would make Kokomi and healing meta:

• Harbinger of Dawn system: give her a passive where she gains an attack buff (based on her max hp%) OR buffs party members' attack whenever their hp is above 90% since chances are she will be over healing.
• Since she's a healer, it would've been great if she gained energy every time she heals herself and allies.
• OR everytime she overheals, the "heals" are converted to energy.
• Give her better multipliers that scale of HP% during her burst.
• It also seems like she lacks AOE so it would be great if her AAs become AoE.
• They should also fix her ICD on her E's hydro application and provide more energy particles.

Edit: I'm not saying that mHY should give her all of these talents or make her broken (the last thing I would want is another ganyu or zhongli). My point is there are many ways they could've done to make Kokomi unique, but they didn't. Sometimes I wonder what is going on with their design team.
