I lost 6 fish overnight ðŸ˜

I don't know why and I feel like I'm about to lose my last one today. What could be causing this?
I recently bought 4 new fish and introduced them to the pond. They all died first, followed by the 6 I already had. No apparent reason why.
I did a partial water exchange the other day, as well as sole algae treatment with barley.
Water PH is fine. Everything else seems fine.
What is happening?? I've never had this happen before
