Doctors of Kochi, do you think most of the senior doctors in your hospitals are egotistical?

So I have been working as a junior doctor in a hospital in Kochi and I find most of the senior reputed doctors have a big ego towards fellow acclaimed doctors be it from same departments or others.Is this the case everywhere? Most of the times,us juniors are getting bashed by these old bums in the process of letting out their frustration
