Was machen ohne Bräter?

Hallo ihr Lieben!
Ich habe ein Problem: Ich mag Gänsekeulen im Ofen machen, habe aber keinen Bräter. Im Internet liest man von Backblech, Glasauflaufformen oder einfach Töpfen.
Habt ihr Erfahrungen oder Tipps für mich?

EDIT: Ich hab jetzt eine normale Auflaufform genommen und mit Alufolie abgedeckt, hat wunderbar geklappt!
