I've tried every butcher shop, Asian grocery store, farm to table restaurant, & other ideas I have...
Anyone on here happen to have a hookup for pig neck bones? I'm trying to make some tonkotsu ramen for my wife & can't seem to find the most important ingredient for making the broth!
