This guy did 108 multipulls (1188 pulls) and got 35 ssrs. That's an average rate of 2.95 percent, much lower than the advertised 4.2. 1188 trials is a huge amount in terms of statistical accuracy.
(1/((10811)/35))100 = 2.95 percent
I did 14 multipulls and got 0. Another guy did 15 and got 0. Those accounts are anecdotal, but the 108 documented pulls aren't. That's statistically valid.
I'm not saying they did this intentionally. Programming is hard. It's likely they made an honest mistake. Regardless, the numbers don't lie. Everyone should file support tickets so they correct the issue.
I'm quitting regardless. I'll never catch up after wasting 3000 gems, but the rest of you can still salvage the game.
Edit:
Turns out that there is a 1.5 percent chance to get 35 or less SSRs after 1188 pulls with a 4.2 percent drop rate. So that isn't as bad as I thought. I still think the rates are inaccurate, but it's up to you to determine if 1.5 percent is just bad luck or indicative of the rate being lower in reality.
