Anybody here who had a trochleoplasty, mpfl reconstruction and a TTA surgery?

Trochleo and MPFL did helped a lot! My patella is stable like never before. But the TTA did more harm I think than good

Nop I dont run anymore. Hurt my patella tendon

Weakness whenever my leg has to do all the work alone. Example : going upstair, at the gym doing 1 leg lunge

Never heard of atg… I might give a try to this! I just got my screws removed from my tibia 3 weeks ago. When it will be healed, ill look into this
