Been doing treatment since February. I can walk a lot better without pain tho but still hurts to squat knees and what not with a sharp pain. My ortho acts like I’m fine now bc my range of motion is standard now yet any time weight or pressure is applied on the knee it hurts and even walking today it hurt all day. It probably only hurts walking 30% of the time tho. I go to physical therapy twice a week and my PT mentioned Donny acupuncture to help with the tendonitis. The Ortho lady is a PA and just a bitch lol.
How long has your patellar tendonitits lasted?? Hoffas as well? It sucks bc I work in a warehouse lifting heavy items so I’ve been on short term disability since February bc my work denied my accommodation.
