“Track Your Order” link in emails generating a large number of clicks?

Has anyone encountered this? I even spotchecked a few profiles and they don’t seem to have any outstanding orders, so I’m not sure why this link drives so many clicks. I experienced the same thing with another past client and we couldn’t explain it either!
