Owners who were clueless about running a restaurant
Post Body

Do you feel a major factor in failing restaurants is owners have an attitude of a restaurant will run itself and the money will just roll in and people take on restaurants without thinking what is involved in running a restaurant eg pricing, stock control, competitors, managing staff and systems in place to serve good quality food quickly. Did you see this attitude among owners on Kitchen Nightmares.
