With that said, it's story time!

So i take this lady's to-go order and it's just 2 pizzas and a pasta. Nothing interesting happens for a while. Fast forward to like an hour later and I pick up the phone. Same lady, asks to speak to a manager, "yep that's me" i say knowing full well that a wild Karen has appeared. She then proceeds to shit on the size of the pasta and how much she paid for it, but then says the money doesn't matter to her. Then says "I left a 15% tip and this is what I get???". She was also extremely disappointed with the presentation of the dish. The kicker, however, was that she claimed she was a restaurant owner and that we should change the way we do things! I'm quitting really soon so I just called her out on all her bullshit, told her that's how things are; the pasta is weighed out and portioned, can't control for presentation when you put that shit in a box, and the pasta will fill you up so fucking bad you will regret it, it's rich not thicc. I told her there's nothing I can do for you, but get her to stop talking, I told her that we will be making sure that her next visit will be a magical one and that I will make a note of it in the reservation book. I wrote "Pain in the ass" and walked away.
