How does everyone bounce back after a super rough service?!
Post Body

I had one of those services last night where one chef up and walked out mid service, got abused by the bosses and everything that could go wrong, went wrong. Then 6 hours later I have to be back and playing happy families because what happened in yesterday’s service is almost instantly forgotten.

What do you guys do to help you bounce back into a new day and forget about the bullshit the night before?

I’ve been in hospo for 6 years now but currently it’s the worst it’s been for me just not wanting to get up and head back to work
