So I am branching out a tad and because I love me some whiskey I have brought to the head Chef and the owner's attention that I want to use our function room for a night and do a ticketed whiskey tasting menu. I have a pretty solid menu (i think) and want to go for about 85/person. Looking to seat ~40 but can go up to 80 if need be. Am I insane? And if I post the menu (not firm on all of it yet) could I get some feedback from my fellow warriors?
