Got offered a job during the middle of service

On the pass expediting ( open kitchen) and a woman comes up and starts complimenting me and the way I run the kitchen. She gives me her card and says her group would love to have me. She’s the senior human resource director for Marriott. Anyone else been poached during the middle of service?
