This is why I hate overnight drops.
Post Body

We have a back kitchen and an expo kitchen where we send plates out of. The expo kitchen is literally the line that faces the restaurant. The only storage is the line storage for service. The driver was new and he had literally 6 options where to drop $1300 of NA Bev. 1. Back kitchen. 2 by the bar. 3 by the coffee machines. 4 in the walkin. 5 by the second walk in. 6 in the second walk in. What’s ol boy do? Drops it on the line and managed to break 3 Diet Coke bottles that Landed in the fryer. I salute you my man. Solid work. I probably wouldn’t have tried to get you fired today had you told me as I was there as you were leaving that you broke glass into my goddamn fryer.
