Extruder die -- long term storage
Post Body
Hi folks, I run pasta on an extruder 2x a week and am preparing to retire the dies we were using on the old menu. Normally i hold them in cold water in the fridge and boil them out before use, but for putting them away long term I'm not sure how to get all the shit out so they can be stored safely. Was thinking to clean them out as much as possible and let the remainder dry to dust but I really don't want to fuck them up. Anyone with previous experience??? TIA!
