I have a favorite chain restaurant and would love to give a small token to FOH/BOH

So I go to a Longhorn 2x a week. I have celiac disease and my husband has an onion allergy. It’s the only place we’ve never got sick. FOH knows us and waves at us and banters even if we are not in their section. BOH takes our dietary restrictions seriously and we love them.
I was thinking a very nice box of sharpie for BOH and a Box of nice clickable pens for Front of house . Plus maybe some candy?
