Quick question I was hoping to get an answer for. I’m currently doing the food ordering at a treatment center and I don’t have access to the US Foods account or catalog. I’ve worked in restaurants my entire working career (mostly front of the house and managing restaurants) so I’m familiar with food ordering. All I have to go by are past order receipts and for one of the products the pack size says: 3/16LBA. What does the A stand for? The product is pork butt. Also, if anyone has a us foods catalog download they would be willing to share, it would be greatly appreciated. Thanks so much in advance!
