Lowest fat restaurant food reccs for friend diagnosed with gallstones. Also any foods he should avoid that don't seem to have a lot of fat, but do?
Post Body
We think his max is around 20-30 grams of fat in a single meal. He loves food from around the world and cost isn't a huge factor. So far we thought of mostly sushi, restaurants with bowls where you pick toppings, and some chicken and rice places that don't use a lot of fat in the rice. We're also wondering if Italian restaurant red sauces would be OK or if they tend to have too much butter or other fats.
