Sooo, I stopped in at my old job and while reading the new menu (basically the whole crew changed over, new chef and all) I saw that they were serving ground ribeyes for fucking burgers. And not only that, they were $15. Like how the fuck do you even justify that price? The food cost alone has gotta be 50% . There is no way they’re making any money off of that, right??
And to beat, they were serving it with lavender fries. Now, I love floral and herbaceous things, but that’s gross, no?
