I work for a set of local restuarants/bars and recently was given the opportunity to be the kitchen manager at our newest establishment, a gay bar/nightclub.
We did a hard kitchen reset when we acquired it, and started serving only chicken strips and fries. I’ve never made a menu before but am going to have a meeting with our owner and pitch something to him. I’d love any suggestions you have for quick and simple appetizers and entrees(so far I’m looking at things like cauliflower wings and things of that nature)
We currently do a Sunday drag show brunch which I oversee but I think with the right menu we can improve our daytime food sales. As a higher end nightclub/bar, our clientele doesn’t exactly look to chicken strips and fries
