Most of the time, we laugh and chat and smile at each other like best friends that have worked at the same office for years, which we have. We get along well and our different personalities and approach to things usually compliment each other well.

But other times get in each other's way and we end up arguing over the best way to do this and that on a project or even what to get for lunch.
