Real Estate Agent Recommendations

As title states, looking for real estate agent who will actually work for my interests. Not satisfied with current agent who doesn’t appear to be eager to work for my business. He sends me emails of houses that are already sold. Doesn’t send me stuff that I would be interested in, despite me specifically stating my preference in homes. Time to move on to someone a little less passive. Any recommendations of an agent who actually works to get you into a new home?
