Why Kingston Driver! Why?!

It’s be a few days since the snow stop falling. Why is so hard for driver to clean the top of vehicles. People get upset at commercial drivers when snow fly off their roof; and they can’t help it. Why are there so many cars driving around town with a foot of snow still on their roof. We,the considered vehicles owner clean off the our vehicles to be safe on the roads for ourselves and others drivers. So why do we have to deal with snow flying from vehicles days after a snow storm.
