I know that this possibly won't get answered since it's a crucial technique for winning in arena but.... How does one properly counter a Leo using another Leo?

A. Faster to cast wins or loses?

• When I try to delay the cast to counter a Leo casting s3, they sometimes doesn't get cancelled and I get silenced. (I think this attributes to my low CC resist 30%).

B. What factors are considered? CC resist, CC acc, acc, atk speed?

C. Best artifact to equip:

• I have talisman and bracelet artifact but I'm not sure which is more effective. I heard that talisman will not grant cc immunity thus if you cast first, yours will be cancelled but you wont be silenced.

• What if a golden cat is given to leo? High attack speed results to faster skill animation, right? Will he be fast enough to silence the opposing team even if they counter it late?
