Anyone have a list of places King Pretender sometimes spawn at?

I'm creating a list of medal drops and their location (YES some medals have a different drop list based on location and enemies. Try Level 38 a couple of times. Gummi Hammer commonly and consitantly drops a 2* Goofy Ver. A as a silver drop).

King Pretender currently drops the Sorcerer's apprentice as a uncommon loot but I've not seen one spawn outside of events and I think I missed it =s
