The Hand flaw? (Question on skill)

Was wondering if I was doing it wrong, but is this an oversight or am I just doing it wrong? I had ghost step happen to a survivor, in which he then got collision (since he was on a wall, and the hand has to pass through him). His ai card (liver blow) said to ghost step, then attack (no movement in between) so does that mean I just skip his attack since I got blown away?
