I don't even know the context, so I'm not having any luck searching for it on Google, but I'll do my best to recount what the gif was:
Hank and two of the friends (forget which ones) are in a basement or somewhere dark (to find ghosts a la the scene in Ghostbusters 1? Honestly don't know), and the three of them are standing back to back, in a "circle", and they're constantly turning on a pivot while walking, and are holding flashlights/lantern.
Tiny Toons had an episode (don't know the name or the context of the scene, either) where the characters were doing that same formation and pivoting thing too, IIRC.
