Classic
Yeah I can see why Bobby and Peggy were addicted to them. Adds like another layer to the flavor profile and it's pretty prominent. Takes a meh burger to "put another on for me".
I'll hope that's a quote from the show I don't remember, marbled meat is usually hard to atain, tastes like 10x better and takes a ridiculous amount of effort and cheap corn doesn't get that effect whatsoever. You need quality feed, stress free free-roam cattle etc. My point above was that sirloin has almost no marbling which automatically makes Ribeye the easy choice even despite taste. But even if we forget marbling sirloin still tastes nowhere near as good.
Edit: Ribeye doesn't need it's own "butter" it's factually a more tender cut and naturally holds it's own "butter" which also imparts even more flavor and prevents it from drying out/becoming more tough. Which sirloin naturally is and without much if any moisture. There's a reason it's a cheaper and less desirable cut even compared to a choice or lower marbled ribeye. Something to also consider is cuts aren't graded individually a prime sirloin with still more often than not have little to no marbling because marbling isn't attained there easily. Yet you'll still pay the prime price for little to no difference vs an observable and immediately difference in sections like Ribeye.

Didn't even realize he prefers sirloin but yeah even if we forget about marbling and assume both are similarly marbled the actual flavor profile of both meats compared is no contest ribeye has a much richer better flavor imo.
