My chat message length now shorter and cutting off suddenly.

This just started today. In a normal chat, I used to be able to write messages of whatever length I felt like. Now I’ve got some character limitation and doing voice to text. I just noticed that it cut off while I was in the middle of talking. Which yeah it was kind of annoying. How do I switch it back to the way it was?
