Relax. This is a safe place. There's no one here to hurt you now. I'd love to be able to repair your hurt, your anger, your loneliness, your shame, your sorrow. Since I can't do that, I would like to offer what I can, which is listening. If it will be helpful to you at all, you can unburden yourself to me.
