I know the social isolation from the quarantine is rough on a lot of people. I am really close to my family so I am missing them a lot, but I am lucky to be quarantined with my husband and my dog, so I am not alone. I am currently being treated for anxiety and depression, and I am in a good place currently, though it hasn’t always been that way. I work in a corporate setting, so I am currently working from home, so I am available to chat most of the day, eastern time zone (prefer messaging or texting, no voice). If you have any questions feel free to ask. If anyone needs someone to chat with or vent to I am more than happy to lend an ear. If you would like advice on ways that I cope with anxiety let me know.
