There are several methods, this is the easiest “to me.”

1) Download Crypto.com app. 2) Download Bithumb Global app. 3) Setup an account on both. 4) SETUP MULTI-FACTOR AUTHENTICATION ON BITHUMB GLOBAL!! You cannot transfer your Kin from this app to a wallet yet, so adding some security is better than none. 5) Buy XLM “Stellar” on Crypto.com app. There are others you can buy, but XLM is one of the most inexpensive to use. At the time of this writing it only costs 1 XLM in gas - aka the transfer fee to send between wallets. 6) Send your XLM to Bithumb Global app. 7) Sell your XLM on Bithumb Global - it should convert automatically to btc post sale. 8) Buy Kin Coin on Bithumb Global using newly acquired btc. 9) All done!

This is one of many ways to buy Kin in the US. One day soon it may get easier, but for now, this is the cheapest and quickest way. The transfer between wallets is usually less than 15 mins. If you want to liquidate your Kin, simply reverse the process by selling your KIN, buying XLM, and sending it back to the Crypto.com app.
