I’ve had the good fortune to talk with some pretty cool people on here over the years, but I also feel like it’s getting trickier to find a good connection as time goes on. I can’t tell if this is just a function of getting older, or if it’s that the demographics of the site have changed, or what. I just know that there is something really great about meeting someone you can really converse with who gets your sense of humor and who you feel a connection to. Granted, it’s hard to pull that off via a medium such as this, but I know it’s possible. I still hold out the possibility that I’m just an annoying ass who is getting more crusty and curmudgeonly as I age, but I hope that’s not the case. Anyhow, if you’d like to chat with an older book worm/museum ghost with a dark often inappropriate sense of humor, drop me a line.
