I’m cute but coming out of a mental crisis. I’m not on here seeking a substitute therapist, but I have been isolated since the pandemic being a good citizen, but reached a dark space during the final months of quarantine which led to me being isolated due to depression and attempts to take my life. I’m in a better space mentally but I do slip, specifically at night. I’m just using my resources to find ways to stay alive in the mist of temptation to go around me
