3. The Nymphomaniac - You're one of few people in the world who suffers from a severe hormonal imbalance causing nymphomania. Your condition is so bad that you've been turned over to the state. I'm the doctor taking care of you, and I offer to transfer you into my personal care in exchange for leaving the hospital. All this means for you is that I get to make use of your condition.

I'm open to other ideas, but stylistically this is what I'm going for. Feel free to let me know if you have something in mind.
