Question about Keon and Oculus Quest

I've read a lot of places that you can use Keon with tons of different sites using the Quest. But, what I can't find is how do you connect the Quest to the secondary device where the feelconnect app is? The instructions all say put on the headset, go to the feelconnect app, sync the video, and then watch and enjoy. Can someone help?
