I can't find the original video, but in the parents tik tok they explained that the dad is the kids step dad, and he wanted his half sister to look like his step dad. I think they told him something like she wouldn't look exactly like their dad because the mom is white and the dad is black. The kid took is as she's gonna just be white like him, and was sad, and even more sad he was right.
